Wager on Sports Service
Wager on Sports - Betting on Customer Service
Wager on Sports has a large service department that is usually very helpful
and available. Couple that with a strong marketing area and pictures of large
breasts, and they have this customer sold on their service.
There’s an ad on the Wager on Sports front page of two large breasts being
held up by a bikini. It’s an analogy you see, for the strong support Wager on
Sports gives you. Of course, I’m inclined to agree with anything that involves
breasts, and I have to say that Wager on Sports has friendly customer service
and is always helpful. So…hypnotizing…breasts…helpful…very much so…
They have two telephone numbers, one for live assistance, the other for, well,
live assistance. In fairness the second number is for placing bets. It’s not
like they put two numbers that go to the same place, right? That would just be
crazy.
Wager on Sports Online Gambling and Live Chat
The Wager on Sports live chat system is a tad slow. In fact, if you’re like
me and hate talking on the phone, you have no choice in the matter. It’s just
easier to pick up the phone and dial than wait for the chat thing to come up. On
the other hand, I hate chatting as well. I better send an email.
Wager on Sports Internet Gambling Email
Speaking of electronic mail, you can send emails to Wager on Sports and get a
response within a day or so. Therefore it’s mainly for issues that don’t require
immediate help.
Wager on Sports - Warm Calls for Wagers
After having some initial trouble making a deposit, I was given a call the
next day by a nice lady trying to help me with my transaction. She offered to do
business over the phone and gave me a plethora of deposit options to start my
online gambling career. However, when I informed her that I joined their site so
I can do a review, and that I had no intention of making it a career, the
conversation quickly turned sour and she hung up. Strange that she would not be
nicer considering the dialogue we had was going straight to print. Which lets me
know one thing, that the marketers at Wager on Sports don’t really care too much
for the service people. I wonder if they had a spat, or if office politics are
pitting them against each other. These are things that keep me up at night.
Wager on Sports - The Bettor’s Verdict
Despite this suspect marketing department and slow chat help, Wager on Sports
generally does a good job with their customers. They are quick to answer basic
questions as well as difficult ones, and overall do a steady job. I would say
much like The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air’s clothes were consistently fourteen or
more colors, the service at Wager on Sports is consistently above average.
